あのですね、調べれば誰でもすぐに分かるとおもうので(すいません)、日本橋近くに"東京ビル"をみつけることはできませんでしたが、アーバンネット日本橋二丁目ビルに高野総合会計事務所がありました(同じビルに日本橋柴山法律事務所とか・笑)。

江戸橋に松慶ビルをみつけることはできませんでしたが、銀座7丁目、演舞場通りに面した安田松慶堂さんの本社が松慶ビル。

で、wikiによると"1792年（寛政4年）創業""1965年（昭和40年）中央区日本橋より、本社を現在地に移動"とあるので、"江戸橋(日本橋とは２～300メートル圏内、たとえば現在の江戸橋ビルディングは日本橋１丁目)の松慶ビル"とは安田松慶堂さんの本社？ビルだとおもうのですが、戦災との関連はいまわかりません(昭和通りと永代通りの交差する場所に明治安田生命江戸橋ビルがありますね)。

｢効果建築事務所｣に関してはわかりません(現在首都高の高架だ、ぐらいで・笑)。
あ、移転理由(首都高の建築事務所本部ってどこにあったんだろう？銀座で7つは多いですね・笑)。

あと(阿斗・笑)、226ページは、数字、リンチ、闘志、９機、波に、高架、犠牲者を出さない、とか。
