Yao and Shun are emperors of mythical of China. (堯 と 舜・Gyou to Shun)

Translation of "東夷" is "Eastern Barbarians".

Raising soldiers

I think there were to any country.

In Japan、there was a Warring States period from 1500AD to 1600AD '(about).

There were many competent lords at this era.

Because otherwise they vanished soon.

Finally Tokugawa had restored peace.

This peace will last for 250 years.

Follow the precedent."

This was became the basic policy of this period lords.

The lords no longer have to be competent.

a day in the life

"Tokugawa does a fairly blatant intimidation.

When Katsu arrived at the Satsuma clan residence、people was seething with anger.

After this conference、Saigo returned to Kyoto.

He met with Yoshinobu and then he went to Tokugawa's naval base.

Because Tokugawa Navy trend was quite uncertain at that time.

As he expected、Naval base peoples were in a rage.

Naturally Katsu and theirs discussion became complicated.

と、いうわけで、まあつまりアレですよ、僕の"読んだ気がする"をもとにすんのも非常になんですが、司馬さんがいう、井筒さんの『本当の国際社会というものができるためには、人類は衝突という危機を経るべきだ』という考え。つまり、異なる民族どうしの文化パターン・パラダイムの衝突という非常な危機を経ても大丈夫だ、人類はかならずそれを克服するという信頼。で、ここで司馬さんの「街道をゆく３１・愛蘭土紀行Ⅱ」から引用させていただいて、つまり

『一つの民族が他の民族に歴史的怨恨をもつというのは、その民族にとって幸福であるのかどうか、わかりにくい。「それは歴史を知らない者の謂いだ。」という人があれば、その人はきっと歴史というものを別なふうに理解しているのだろう。歴史は本来、そこから知恵や希望を導きだすべきものなのである。でなければ人類は何のために歳月をかさねるのか、無意味になる。』

と、いうわけで

Ⅰ：ソコまででもこの映画は観る価値ありです

面白いです東宝特撮映画ＤＶＤコレクション第４号｢海底軍艦｣。

期待以上のワクワクドキドキな海洋(海底軍艦、空飛ぶけど)冒険活劇です。

ただし

地上征服の野望に燃える海底国家ムウ帝国の強力時限爆弾攻撃により、地下に陥没していく東京丸の内のビル群。

時を同じくして突如として東京湾に現れたムウ帝国潜水艦。

そしてその潜水艦より発せられる怪光線により次々と燃え上がる湾内の艦船。

あやうし東京！あやうし人類！！

そのとき空を切り裂き飛来する謎の飛行物体。

それこそまさに人類の危機を救わんと飛来した海底軍艦｢轟天号｣の勇姿なのだ。

たたかえ海底軍艦！たたかえ轟天号！！

てトコまでだけど。

もちろん作品として面白いです。また繰り返し観ることでしょう。

でも、ちょっと最後駆け足すぎませんかね。あっさりしすぎというか。

序破急つうても急すぎです。

それにムウ帝国の守護竜"マンダ"。

登場シーンはカッコよかったのに！

巨大な竜が轟天号にからみつく写真は子供の頃から見てたから、轟天号とのあいだにどの様に壮絶なバトルが展開されるのか凄く期待したのに！

思わず｢幽霊の正体見たり枯れ尾花｣って言葉が頭に浮かんじゃったじゃないか!

↑記憶に自信ないんでこの言葉ネットで検索しちゃったじゃないか！

でもこの｢海底軍艦｣、資料を読んだら他の作品がぽしゃり、その代案企画として急遽製作が決定したもので、撮影期間は実質三週間ですと。

だから特撮も物語も最後の方は駆け足、手抜きっぽくなっちゃったのかなぁ。

なんかデッサン描きをそのまま完成品として出してきたような煮詰めてない感じがちょっとしちゃいました。

ラストのムウ帝国爆発シーンは｢おお！｣と思いましたけど。

おしい！ホントにおしい！

終盤直前までの密度が最後まで持続されれば、最高に素晴らしい"ホラ話"になったのに！

で、小林哲子さん演じるムウ帝国皇帝。

メイク、衣装ともクレオパトラっぽいイメージだと思うんですけど、僕は安田靫彦さんが描かれた卑弥呼みたいだなと思いました。

Ⅱ：魔

まだまだ｢海底軍艦｣話でございます。

ケチをつけつつ気になってしょうがない、これが人相手なら立派な恋でございます。

で、この昭和三十八年公開の｢海底軍艦｣は明治三十三年に押川春浪さんが発表した｢海島冐檢奇譚　海底軍艦｣が着想もとになっているみたいです。

で、ちょっと検索してみたら、どうやら映画とは海洋の島で秘密裏に建設された"海底軍艦"つう以外の共通点はこれといってないみたいです。なにより｢海島冐檢奇譚｣の方の"海底軍艦"は轟天号ではなく、潜水艦｢電光艇｣です。

んで、今度は潜水艦を検索してみると。

へ～結構古くからあるんですね、潜水艦。

もちろん伝説としては昔からあるのは知っていましたけど。

１７世紀前半に（たぶん不完全なんでしょうが）開発され、１８世紀後半、アメリカ独立戦争でアメリカが初めて実戦に投入すると。んで１９世紀中頃すぎ、これまたアメリカ南北戦争で南軍が使用し北軍の船を沈めたのが潜水艦として初めての戦果みたいです（移民の国アメリカは昔から兵器でも好奇心旺盛、新し物好きなんですかね）。

んで、古来、新しい兵器が開発されるたびに繰り返されてきた思いでしょうけど、当時は潜水艦は卑怯な悪魔的な兵器だと西洋では忌み嫌われていたみたいです（人殺しの道具の発達なんて忌み嫌って当たり前ですけど）。

まあ技術的に、水面下の見えざる敵にたいする有効な対抗策がなかったんでしょうしね。

その潜水艦のもつ悪魔的な謎の雰囲気も押川春浪さんの"奇譚"のイメージ創りにはよかったんですかね。

たしか司馬遼太郎さんの｢坂の上の雲｣の中に日本海海戦(明治三十八年)での日本海軍のあまりの戦果(バルチック艦隊ほぼ全滅)に｢潜水艇を使ったのではないか？｣という疑念を白人社会に持たれたという話がなかったかな？（そこに人種意識が働いたかどうかは考えんときましょう）

で、潜水艦の本格的実戦投入は第一次大戦のドイツ帝国だと。←｢海島冐檢奇譚　海底軍艦｣が発表された十五年後くらいですか。

このへんから有史上、人が人を一番殺したろう悪魔の二十世紀の開幕ですな。

Ⅲ：ほどほど

寒い雨の日が過ぎ、暖かい朝日を浴びると、心からお天道様の日差しの大切さを実感しますね。

でも日照りが無駄に続くと、今度はお天道様はの対象。一転、雲を雨を嵐を渇望してしまうようになりますよね。すべては程度問題ですか？

やっぱり目指すは中庸・中道。

ほどほどが一番。

でも三島由紀夫さんの戯曲｢わが友ヒットラー｣は、極右と極左を粛清し、政権を取った直後のヒットラーの｢政治は中道であらねばなりません｣(記憶による)て台詞で終わりますけどね。

ええ、もちろん歴史的事実を素材にした"Fiction"ですよ。

そういえば、潜水艦。

アメリカが実戦投入に踏み切るのが早かったのは、西洋で悪魔の兵器と忌み嫌われていたせいもあるんですかね。その西洋からはみ出し、自分達の昔の祖国への独立戦争をやったアメリカだからこそ、積極的にそこ(空気)から逃れる事ができたとか。

Ⅳ：9番目

ところで１１月。。

神無月の時も思ったけど、もともとは旧暦の呼称で、現在は新暦の１１月の別名としても用いていると。

どうなんでしょ。旧暦つうのは日本人の生活サイクルにかなり密着したモンだったんだろうし、その名称をそのまま安直に新暦にスライドさせるっつうのはいろいろ生活実情にあわないこともあるんじゃないのかな？

空調完備の快適現代日本人にはそんなことあんま関係ないか？

引っ越し後、未整理のダンボール片付けようとゴジョゴジョやってたら『愛国駅発行"愛国"から"幸福"ゆき』つう電車の切符が出てきた。

何だこりゃ？いったい何時のやねん？何もっとんねん？知らんぞ！ちゅう話ではありますが、いや別に乗っかってもいいですよ。

そうですか。

僕、自分でも知らん間に"幸福"ゆきの切符入手しちゃってましたか。

しかも片道切符。

"幸福"に着いちゃったらもう戻ってくる必要ないと。

あっちで幸せにやってろと。

いやいや、いい話じゃないですか。

で、この電車にはどちらにいけば乗れるんですかね？

と、非常に昭和のオッサンくさい展開をみせましたが、いや別に乗っかってもいいですよ。

だって、別に悪いこっちゃないですからね。

で、ちょっと調べてみたら、この幸福駅てのは北海道帯広市幸福町の広尾線の駅だと。

愛国駅ってのはどこでしょ？

え～と、北海道帯広市愛国町の駅ですか。

やっぱり、この地名からは、それぞれにそれぞれ分の理由があるのだろうけど、明治以後の開拓者による開拓の地という感じを強くうけますね。フロンティア。新天地。その時代の空気の中での。

もちろんアイヌの人たちは、自分たちの天地として昔からそこで暮らしていたわけですが。

といいますか、これはうろ覚えで書いているのでかなり不確かですが、もともとは今の東北地方とかにも、自分たちの天地としてアイヌの人たちは暮らしていたんでしたか。どうでしたか。

さて切符ですよ『愛国駅発行"愛国"から"幸福"ゆき』

え～と、この切符の日付の一日後に広尾線は廃止になったのかな？

で、もう何度か書いていますが、僕の祖父の子供の頃の思い出話。

めずらしく早起きしたあの日も僕にとっては何時もと変わらぬ東京の朝でした。
そして、僕はその日早起きした理由、大学に行き用事をすませました。

大学も春休みになり僕は九州へ帰省することにしました。
どちらにしろ飛行機の切符は取れなかったかもしれませんが、僕は最初から新幹線で帰るつもりでした。
新幹線はまだ不通の区間があり、途中普通路線に乗り換えて迂回しなければいけませんでしたが、最初から新幹線で帰るつもりでした。

最初はポツリポツリでした。
倒壊した家屋にブルーシートがかけられていました。
そしてそのポツリポツリがどんどん増えていきました。

｢あの家屋全てに人が暮らしていたんだ｣
僕は怖くなりました。
｢被災地を見てみたい｣という僕の行動が、どれだけ浅ましく醜いものだったのか。

あれは何処でしょう。不通区間を迂回した電車を降りた後だと思います。
それは街中で、もう夕暮れ時でした。
バスを待っていたのか、僕は列に並んでいました。
闇が降りてくる中、僕が並ぶ視線の先には少し歪んでビルが建っていました。

僕は自分は馬鹿だと思いました。

福島の原発は、緊急時の停止に必要な自家発電ラインも全部駄目になったんでしたっけ？リスク無視に一元管理ですか？

①の２階。汚染が無いとこに持ち込むな、ということですね。
